Services

While based in Buffalo and New York City, THOMPSON ESQUIRE PLLC conducts investigations and serves clients and schools throughout the United States. The firm does not bill for travel time.

In addition to providing legal counsel, investigation, hearing and consulting services to schools and higher education institutions, THOMPSON ESQUIRE PLLC also provides many of the below services to private businesses, corporations and government entities. Ryan Thompson does not represent individuals, either as a process advisor or in litigation.

24/7 Emergency Legal Services: Perhaps more than anyone, Ryan Thompson knows that many Title IX and sexual misconduct situations occur outside of normal business hours. Thompson makes himself available to his clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that when emergencies arise, Thompson’s ability to consult and handle the case will always be immediately available.
